Loop Survivors Mobile-Friendly Update: why not?

Loop Survivors was originally a game jam game, inspired (you'll never believe it) in part by Vampire Survivors, where you play as a gyrosphere pilot who must defeat 100 opponents within a set time limit to break the loop that imprisons the protagonist. After that, you can take it out on the final boss :-)
I decided to try to pimp this game as part of a game jam and already have a ton of valuable advice from the other participants! And then, during my periods of wandering on YouTube, I came across this video from Godot Conf that basically says:
"No one is making mobile games with Godot, dear developers, make mobile games with Godot!".
So why not, be a good student and get started! It wasn't easy to achieve acceptable performance, and I saw that I wasn't the only one in this situation...
What’s New in this Update?
Mobile-friendly version:
- Added touch controls for mobile gaming (virtual joystick, pause, camera zoom )
- Adapted UI screens for mobile viewing and use.
- Optimization specific to mobile devices (farewell, my little starry sky...)
Bug fixes:
- The player can attract items that appear high up (dropped by enemies who die when thrown by explosions).
- The appearance of the time-over screen has been “smoothed out.”
- Increment animations, such as the number of crystals, are calibrated to last a fixed amount of time, regardless of the amount of crystals collected by the player.
Controls:
You can play the game and navigate through the menu with your gamepad.
What's next?
- A fairer dash mob (Watch out, I'm warning you, I'm going to run you over!)
- Improve the end loop transition
- Better color and better color contrasts between elements (enemies / items)
- It's probably time to tackle the BGM / SFX issues...
